- Interior wall framing is complete, with drywall installation underway.
- Insulation is installed throughout the hotel buildings.
- Prime painting of the drywall is in progress.
- Site Infrastructure:
- Electrical, water, sewer, and storm drain main lines are installed.
- South paving of the property is complete.
- Windows and Stairways:
- Windows have been installed for the hotel buildings.
- Stairways are in place.
- Pool Development: The pool’s gunite has been poured, marking a significant step toward completion of the outdoor amenities.
The project is on track to obtain a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) by Q4 2025, paving the way for the hotel’s opening.
