Helen Fu Thomas is the Managing Director of Investor Relations at Golden Gate Global. She brings over 26 years of business development, marketing, sales and entrepreneurial experience across consumer and professional services industries.

She was Chief of Staff and Chief Marketing Officer at DMAI, Inc. where she commercialized Cognitive Artificial Intelligence technology and successfully launched early childhood education products in the United States.

Prior to DMAI, Ms. Thomas was Chief Executive Officer of startup companies: Touchjet and Mark One. Ms. Thomas was the founding President of BlueFocus Communication Group of America, a wholly owned subsidiary of BlueFocus Communication Group (300058.SZ).

She established a global digital media platform and grew it into a $200M North America business within two years. She was the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Livescribe, Inc. and prior to that the Founding CEO of LeapFrog China and the Senior Business Director of Asia Pacific at LeapFrog Enterprises (NTSE: LF).

She earned her MBA from the Haas Business School of the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree from Renmin University in Beijing, China. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
