Yipeng Yan is the Senior Director, Business Development at Golden Gate Global. Since 2013, she leads the business development efforts in Asia-Pacific, helps develop new channel partners from China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, South Korea, Taiwan, and Cambodia, and manages the relationships with existing partners along with individual investors in the overall Asia market.
Prior to Golden Gate Global, she was an Investor Relations Associate at The Blueshirt Group in San Francisco, the largest investor relations agency in the West Coast providing investor relations services to publicly traded companies in the United States along with private companies not only in the United States but also in China for pre- and post-IPO works.
Ms. Yan is specialized in investor relations, financial analysis, and communications and has been working with high-net-worth individuals and various companies from different fields and countries.
She was born in Beijing and moved to the United States when she was 17 years old. She earned an MA degree in Investor Relations from University of San Francisco, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Indiana University.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
