Brooklyn Basin Phase 2 Project involves the construction of two mid-rise apartment buildings, specifically Building G and Building H, on the Oakland Waterfront in the San Francisco Bay Area. The project is part of the Brooklyn Basin Masterplan Development, which was conceived by Signature Development Group over a decade ago to address the chronic housing crisis in the San Francisco Bay Area. Located only 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco, the Brooklyn Basin Community blends an open suburban living environment with close proximity to San Francisco City.

The advanced stage of construction has resulted in the creation of excess jobs than required for all EB-5 investors. Click here to request a copy of the independent audit report.
The project represents a balance of proven job creation and financial investment viability. All the jobs have been created, and the construction of the second building will keep EB-5 funds invested in the project for the entirety of the EB-5 loan term. Furthermore, the borrower has repaid $25 million bridge loan that was provided by Urbanite Capital (a non-EB-5 affiliate of Golden Gate Global) in 2021.
